Brickell Candle Company for Your Gift Giving

 Hey All!!

I am so excited to share these candles from Brickell Candle Company with you.  My daughters and I literally stood around the open box smelling each candle as we removed it from the package.  Hmmmmm...they are wonderful!!

Three of my candles have wood wicks.  I LOVE wood wicks, because they crackle as they burn. To me candles are one of my favorite holiday gifts.  I personally like to create gift bags and include at least one candle.

Brickell Candles are handcrafted and poured in Miami FL.  They are made from 100% American soy wax. They have a physical store in Miami, but you can order their candles online for your convenience.  Be sure to take a moment and check out their online store and see the fragrances they have available.

Two of my daughters were super excited about the Peppermint Mocha. They love all things coffee!!  The Peppermint Mocha has a very distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of curling up on a couch in front of a fire sipping your coffee or hot cocoa with peppermint flavor added.

Next we have Cinnamon Stick!! Cinnamon is one of my favorite fragrances.  It makes me think of baking, snickerdoodle, apple pie and cinnamon buns!! I am enjoying the scent of this candle burning in my daughter's room, right off the dining room.

Vanilla Chestnut has a pleasant smell of vanilla, mixed with cedar, chestnut, clove and a few other scents.  I was a little hesitant before opening it, but the fragrance quickly won me over.  It has a very warm, inviting scent.

Last of our Brickell Candles is the Gingerbread Cookies scented candle.  Molasses mixed with ginger, cinnamon, clove, and even a hint of almond gives this candle a very pleasing fragrance. We need to bake some gingerbread cookies now!!

Each of these candles easily fragrance the rooms they are in.  The wood wick burns clean and of course crackles as it burns.  I know several people who would love to receive one of these candles as a gift this holiday season.  Or any other time too!!

Visit the Brickell Candle Company website and take a look around.  All their candles are on sale for the holidays for $9.99.  Come back and leave a comment with your favorite scent.  Thanks for stopping by!!

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. 10 Things You Need To Do Before Moving Abroad

From There is nothing more fulfilling than travelling the world and visiting new and exciting places. If you’re a fan of travel , then you might have thought about moving abroad at some point. Unfortunately, there is a lot to do before you can get on the plane, with finding accommodations and a job being the most important. If you’re moving abroad soon, or think that it’s something that you’d like to do in the future, then here are ten things that you need to do before you start your new life. 1. Visit The Country Plenty of people move abroad without visiting the country first. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
