Shake up Your Look
If you aren’t feeling very jazzed about your style or look, consider making a change. Consider shaking up your look by booking an appointment for hair styling Berkeley. Talk out your options with your stylist and feel the effects of your fresh look.

Dance
Sometimes a good dance move can be exactly what you need to spark some joy. Shake off your funk with some fun, exuberant dance moves to your favorite jams. Jump around and rock your best moves to elevate your mood.

Exercise
Getting your heart pumping is a good step on the road to shaking off your funk. Not only can exercise help you shake off your funky feeling, but you will also get your endorphins pumping that can naturally help you improve your spirits.

Laugh
Laughter has been speculated to trigger a sense of happiness, even when it is forced. Consider pushing out a good belly laugh for a few moments and feel your mood lift. If this feels too uncomfortable to you, pull up videos on the internet that brings on the giggles and watch those until you are tickled pink.

Express Gratitude
Expressing gratitude can be a great way to lift your disposition and trigger a sense of warmth in your life. By taking the time to participate in an intentional thankfulness practice, you can kick start your mood and shake your funk. Gratitude practices can be short, but consistency helps them set in.

When you feel that funk coming on, you may get an overwhelming sense that today will be a loss; however, there are so many ways for you to shake that. Consider adopting one or all of these strategies to help you shake the blue feelings and get on the road back to joy and happiness.
