Bazodee Sauces for the Holidays!!

Hey neighbors!!

This post was actually written by my husband who loves hot sauces.  Bazodee sent us three different sauces to try and this is what he had to say about them.

I would call myself well-versed on hot sauces.  Years ago I could not handle any sauce that was more than moderate but over the years that has changed. I enjoy very hot sauces, even many that are considered extremely hot and very rarely if any at all are too hot for me.  It is my opinion that a hot sauce is about one of two things-flavor and heat, and while many have both, usually the focus is on one or the other. For example, I greatly enjoy Habanero sauce and have even been known while traveling to carry a bottle for the Mexican restaurant that foolishly has not seen its appeal. I like Habanero because of its flavor. I could pour it on my burrito or chili releno and it would never be too hot for me, but the flavor is excellent. Now Ghost Pepper cheese, which I will put on my deli sandwiches or eat as a snack, is HOT! And I love it!  So I was excited when my wife opened her box which contained not one, not two, but three different sauces produced by Bazodee. Now keep in mind please that I do honest reviews. If I do not like something, I will not hold back. I cut my burrito into three portions and tried each sauce, one on each section.

First was the Hot Hot Soca Sauce, my first choice due to my curiosity about one that is labeled “hot, hot.”  Needless to say I was not in any way disappointed! Hot, yes, but not overbearingly hot. VERY GOOD! A good flavor with just the perfect amount of ingredients blended right to make for a sauce that is not lacking in heat ( as many hot sauces tend to do), yet not so hot it ruins the meal. One ingredient in this sauce is the Trinidad Scorpion Pepper, on of the hottest peppers on the planet.  Excellent and would certainly be glad to purchase the HOT HOT Soca Sauce once this bottle runs out.

Next up was the Marvelous Marinade Caribbean Seasoning and to me the focus here is on flavor.  The word Caribbean gives a good idea of what the taste will be and I enjoyed this as well. A unique zangy sauce, it does what intended to do and that is enhance the flavor of the food item it is being put upon. Again, I would gladly pick this up in the future to add variety to my sauce and seasoning collection.

Third was the Soca Sauce, which I would categorize as a seasoning sauce that mixes the Caribbean flavor of the Marvelous Marinade Sauce while yet having some heat to it.  Again, Bazodee satisfies with a unique taste you won’t find anywhere else ( at least I haven’t and I have been around the Hot Sauce block for a while now).  And not to be repetitive but again, you would likely see the Soca Sauce in my refrigerator after I finish off this supply.  In my view, all three are great! There are many such sauces I have purchased or been given as a gift in the past, that frankly, I did not enjoy. They were bland or just typical. None of these three sauces are either. So friend, I suggest you pick up at least of each of these Bazodee sauces. And next time you have that taco, burrito or some other similar item you traditionally put a sauce or seasoning on, try the HOT HOT Soca Sauce, the Marvelous Marinade or the Soca Sauce Caribbean Pepper Sauce. Your taste buds will be glad you did!

These three sauces are available for the holidays in a special three pack, so if you have a sauce loving friend consider gifting them with the Bazodee three pack of sauces.  Visit the Bazodee website and then give them a follow on their social media.
