Milk + Sass Has Perfect Stocking Stuffers!

Hey neighbors!!

Some of you may remember a previous review we did of Milk + Sass products!  They have the Macaron Brush that my daughter loves!!  This year we are sharing the Macaron Brush, Sugar Twists and Milk for Hair.  They also gave me a heads up that they will be having a few other new products soon.  I am looking forward to seeing what they release!!

So, first things first.  The Macaron Brush quickly became my daughters favorite hairbrush.  She is 19 and has pretty long hair that often gets knotted.  The Macaron Brush helps with this problem.  She uses it on both dry and wet hair and it works!!  She also likes that there is a lid to protect the bristles, with a small compact mirror inside.  There is one thing we know that it does not protect from, and that is when your new puppy finds it and decides it is a chew toy.  So, she really wanted a new one.

Next are the Sugar Twists.  These also come highly recommended by my daughter.  She is constantly pulling her hair into a ponytail or messy bun.  She generally keeps one on her wrist, so she can pull her hair up anytime.  Now, here's a quick bit of information.  She purchased some generic hair twits and couldn't believe how much trouble, and pain it was to remove them.  She has never had this problem with the Sugar Twists from Milk + Sass.  So if you are looking for a neat little stocking stuffer, look no further.

The new item, that we have never tried before is the Milk for Hair.  This is a leave-in detangling spray.  It is made with Kukui Nut Oil and Vitamin E.  You spray it on damp, towel dried hair and comb in.  The weightless leave in conditioner will help detangle, smooth and condition your hair.  It has a pleasant, light scent of French Roses.

I am so pleased with all the products from Milk + Sass.  Can't wait to see what they have next!!  Hopefully we will get to share it here, At the Fence, with our neighbors!!

Be sure to visit the Milk + Sass website and get your orders in early.  Also follow them on their social media.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. 10 Things You Need To Do Before Moving Abroad

From There is nothing more fulfilling than travelling the world and visiting new and exciting places. If you’re a fan of travel , then you might have thought about moving abroad at some point. Unfortunately, there is a lot to do before you can get on the plane, with finding accommodations and a job being the most important. If you’re moving abroad soon, or think that it’s something that you’d like to do in the future, then here are ten things that you need to do before you start your new life. 1. Visit The Country Plenty of people move abroad without visiting the country first. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
