Buddy and His TrustyPup Pig

Hey neighbors!! Buddy received the Fling-A-Longs Pig from TrustyPup .  We brought it on vacation with us, to be his special toy for the trip.  After checking in to the hotel and walking Buddy and Brooklyn, we pulled out the new toy.  This on is specifically for Buddy, although Brooklyn was allowed to play with it while I was supervising.  Brooklyn has a tendency to destroy toys unless she is watched.  She has removed squeakers, chewed off the outside of tennis balls, as well as removing all stuffing from toys she plays with, so she only gets to play with this type of toy when supervised. Buddy loved his Fling-A Longs pig.  It a tennis ball in each end, and the center is stretchy.  It also has that crackle sound, which Buddy loves so well.  I think he likes the sound best!  Anyway, both he and Brooklyn played with the toy for quite some time.  Brooklyn kept trying to steal it away from Buddy. Buddy played fetch with it for awhile, but his favorite activity was to ge

Hi all!! We recently visited the Ark Encounter  and the Creation Museum .  While there, we had this cute little dinosaur with us who visited different exhibits at the Ark.  You can see from the pictures some of the sights we saw.  We met some friends from Florida, and stayed in a local hotel, so that we had time to visit both places. We are going to have a gift box giveaway, that will include this little guy, as well as a couple other gifts. The Ark is a full size replica of what Noah's Ark might have looked like.  If you have never been there, you need to add it to your sights to see list.  It is one of those things, that you understand must be big, but the reality of seeing it and walking inside is just amazing!!  Inside the Ark, you will see huge cages to contain the animals, pots and other tools used to feed, prepare meals, and contain smaller animals.  There are life size figures of Noah, his wife, his sons and their wives. What Business Tools Might You Be Needing?

Hey neighbors! Do any of you own or manage a business?  What tools and systems do you have in place to help your business run smoothly?  We are going to share a few that we think are necessary in todays fast paced, electronic society. Have you ever considered Master Data Management? For those who are unsure, here is the type of problem having master data management can help clear up.  This is an example I have witnessed personally.  I received an offer for a charge card from a certain company. Even after the card arrived, I continued to receive offers to apply for their card.  Now, had they had some form of master data management strategy in place, I would not have been receiving more offers on a card that I already had. Master data management will make your business run much smoother.  Every department will have access to a master data system and will then not be repeating information or having to check with another department for the verification.  This can prevent duplicate

Do You Need A Personal Injury Attorney?

Hey neighbors! If you or someone you love has been injured due to another person's neglect or irresponsible actions, do you know what your options are?  Do you know how to find out what your best choices are?  If you are like me, you have no idea what the laws regarding personal injury are, so the best thing to do would be to get help from someone who does.  A personal injury lawyer will know all the ins and outs of the law and he/she will be able to tell you if you have what is required to open a case. Although in many states you are allowed to file a claim for yourself, unless you know what you are doing chances are you will be better off hiring a good lawyer.  He will be able to guide you throughout the entire process of your case and most likely bring about better results.  He can give you advice where needed concerning; compensation for losing time at work, how you will recover your medical expenses, and other problems that you might be worrying about. How can

Blue Gate Theatre-Shipshewana, IN #TravelTuesday #BlueGateTheatre

How many of our readers have ever heard of Shipshewana, Indiana? Probably quite a few, because although not as well known as some vacation destinations, I had heard of this Amish country locale for several years before we ever visited. Last month, my sisters and I took our mom for a two-night "girls getaway" to Shipshewana with the highlight being a visit to the Blue Gate Theatre for a concert by her favorite Gospel music group, the Inspirations. We did a lot of research before heading out, so I knew there would be plenty to do in town and nearby. We had a full day set to spend in Shipshewana and it was so neat to who some shopping at the local businesses, watch all the horse-drawn buggies go by, and just enjoy the slower pace of life there. As I said though, our highlight was our visit to the Blue Gate Theatre. Blue Gate is a family-owned business that also operates a fantastic restaurant and bakery as well as the Blue Gate Inn, so be sure to plan a stop in for dinner,

As summer rolls in, you may be thinking about how to beat the heat, how to entertain the kids, and what kind affordable family vacations might be available. You may have summer safety on your mind as well and keeping everyone safe includes your treasured family pet. If you want to keep your dog or cat out of danger this summer, there are a few actions you can take to ensure its safety while it enjoys the warm weather with your family. 1.      Change Out Water Daily Giving your pet access to clean, cool water daily can be vital to its health. Dogs and cats cannot sweat, so they pant to regulate their body temperature in hot weather. If they refuse their water because it is dirty or hot, they may dehydrate or pant heavily, which can affect their health. Clean your pet’s water bowls daily and check them often in hot weather, especially if they are outdoors. 2.      Latch Your Pool Gate Just as curious toddlers might wander too close to the edge of a pool, puppies and young d

Do not let this get you down, just make sure you can get the proper medical help. Hearing is something which can be difficult to spot because your child often will not show signs of diminished hearing or deafness, however there are some signs that you can look for to determine whether or not your child has a hearing issue and whether you will need to be choosing an audiologist for them the next time you visit the doctor.
