Simply being happy and laughing a little more often can have a big effect on your health. This is something that most people don’t take seriously, but you should. It’s not one of those silly cliches that has no basis in fact. It’s something that is actually medically accurate, so don’t dismiss it out of hand. What’s the science behind it then? Well, when you laugh, it dilates the blood vessels in your body, and this increases the blood flow in your vessels. In turn, this leads to a reduction in blood pressure. And we all know that high blood pressure is the silent killer as it can lead to heart disease eventually.

It has been found that people who approach the challenges of life in a positive way are much more likely to be in good health in old age. It’s another one of those things that help to reduce the stress in your life, and this helps your body as a whole. The main reason to eat nuts is because they are high in antioxidants. This means that they help to prevent inflammation in your body. And over time, this will mean that you are less likely to suffer heart disease or get diabetes. That can only be seen as a positive thing for your health.
