Hey neighbors,
You may or may not know, but my family enjoys Southern Gospel Music. We have a few favorites and there are a couple of groups we consider friends. So from now on I will occasionally be posting about things going on in the Southern Gospel world.
First I wanted to share some news from Wilburn and Wilburn. They have a song titled You Asked Him to Leave that has become a favorite of mine. I first heard it right after the National Quartet Convention. I would love for you to take a moment to listen to the words to this song.
This song was recently removed from one radio station because one person complained. It really concerns me how everyone has become so afraid of offending anyone, that we immediately change things just because of one or two people complaining. Where is the Christian who is going to take a stand and say, "Right is right and wrong is wrong."?
I also wanted to share a news release from AG about some of their top songs of 2015. Take a look!
Do I listen to all these artists? No, but I did want to share this list with you! Enjoy and have a blessed day!
