Koru Naturals Review

Hey Neighbors!

I recently was given the opportunity to review a few different products from Koru Naturals.  In my box, I received the Skin Clear Cream, Manuka Honey Propolis Soap, and Argan Oil and Sandalwood Hair Tonic.   I was able to review ALL three!  Koru Naturals makes some wonderful health and beauty products from New Zealand available to us here in the US.

One of my oldest daughters used the Skin Clear Cream.  This cream contains no parabens, artificial colors or fragrances.  My family likes that it is made of natural ingredients, like the Manuka Honey and Manuka Oil.  There are some other natural, botanical, ingredients like Thyme and Burdock Root.  This cream only takes a small dab and does not leave the skin feeling greasy.  It absorbs quickly into the skin.  My daughter thinks it has what seems like a light citrus scent. Applied twice daily the cream will help restore elasticity and help with acne.  Priced at: $19.20.

The Manuka Honey Propolis Soap obviously also contains Manuka Honey.  This bar of soap is highly moisturizing.  It has a pleasant, not overpowering, honey scent.  It does not dry out your skin.  I have hesitated having my one daughter try the bar of soap because she reacts to different scents and products, but because of the gentle nature of this soap I am going to have her go ahead and try it. You can purchase the soap for $7.90.

Now, this was my favorite product of the three,  the Argan Oil and Sandalwood Hair Tonic.  I have four daughters, who all have long hair.  A couple have issues with some frizzing and another has extremely fly away hair.  So, they have started applying just a drop or two rubbed on their palms before heading out the door.  It gives a beautiful shine as well as controls the frizz.  I personally like the fragrance.  It has a deep smell, sort of like the musky perfumes I like.  This is $12.20 a bottle on the Koru Naturals website.

Koru Naturals has many more products on their website for your family.  They have everything from lip balm to skin and hair care.  They do have free shipping on orders of $35 and up.  Take a few minutes ad look around their website.

I really liked all three of the products we received from Koru Naturals.  If you like natural products add Koru Naturals to your list.  Also if you are allergic to Tea Tree Oil be sure to check the ingredients list.  My one daughter reacts to tea tree oil so I do not allow her to use. this.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.
