WorkIt Wednesday : Taste Guru - Gluten Free Box Review!

Hello Agents!

We have had company for two weeks, so right now we are starting to get back into our usual schedule.  For any of you that are eating gluten free, you will superbly enjoy this review!  Introducing...

Taste Guru is a monthly subscription box, but it's not like the others where you receive a bunch of junk food... Taste Guru sends you a box chock-full of gluten free food, snacks, etc.  This monthly box can actually help you on your journey to health and fitness, not detract from it like some others might.

I should have been better prepared, but I failed to get a list of all of the goodies packed into the box before the family tore into it, but I didn't.  Sorry!  I'll try and list some of the items, but I know I won't have everything.  I received a Better Batter Fudge Brownie Mix (yes, it is obviously gluten free!), a Teas'Tea Unsweetened Green Tea, 2 Sample Size Packs of Yum Earth Naturals Sour Beans (E. was more than happy to "dispose" of these for me :D), IPS Egg White Ch(IPS) - Sea Salt and Black Pepper, etc.

I want to take a minute to tell you about Taste Guru... "At TasteGuru, we strive to find the best and most interesting new gluten free products. In a typical box, we put 7-10 food items, including several full-sized items and a number of samples. Included in the box is a chef-inspired recipe ... and we usually find space to put an extra little item or surprise in the box. Every box is different - half the fun is getting the mystery box of goodies delivered to your door each month."

So, if you are eating gluten free, or just trying to eat better, this is certainly a monthly subscription box that will help you do that.  You can sign up on the Taste Guru website where they have many different plans you can choose from.  You can also Like them on Facebook, and Follow them on Twitter to stay up to date on their latest news.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
