Moulin Roty's Cinema Box

Hi neighbors!

Here is a really neat product from Moulin Roty, it is a Cinema Box.  Everything your youngster needs to produce a short story of their own.  For $40, you will receive a theater in a box.  Included in the box are tickets to see the show, a pad of "Now Showing", a mini-flashlight with 5 different scene discs to choose from.  The dials have 8 different pictures that are illuminated by the flashlight on the built-in screen of your cinema box.

Have your child fill out their "Now Showing" slip and then pass out tickets to their show.  Invite all their dolls and/or stuffed animals, along with some friends and get ready for the story.  Choose one of the discs to insert into the mini-flashlight.  At this point your child can tell a story based on what they see.  The story can change each time they tell it.  Or perhaps you will choose to tell a story to your child.  This is actually a perfect rainy day or sick day activity.  Plan a movie night!

The five discs included are a cowboy theme, pirate theme, super hero, balloon man and a knight with a dragon.  As I stated earlier each disc has 8 little scenes that show up as you turn the disc in the flashlight.  I am sharing two stories that were told using our set.

The Moulin Roty Cinema Box was imported from France by Magicforest, hence all the French titles.  It did take us a moment or two to figure out exactly how the little flashlight worked, but once we caught on it was quite simple to flip through the different scenes and change out discs.  The Cinema Box is recommended for ages 3 and up, definitely with supervision as the discs are small.  Older children will have no problem working the set by themselves.  Find them on their social media:

Shop Tantrum is where you will be able to purchase the Cinema Box.

Would one of my neighbors enjoy having a Moulin Roty Cinema Box for their family?  Well, that is exactly what is going to happen.  Take a moment to enter and share this great giveaway!

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
