WorkIt Wednesday : Empower Fitness Review!

I know it is not Wednesday, but we fell a little behind this week.

Hello Neighbors!

How is everyone doing today?  Today I want to share about a new workout kit that I received from...

Empower Fitness graciously sent me their Pilates Portable Studio for review!  This studio comes with 1 Pilates bar (with 2 30” power cords with attached foot loops on each side of the bar), 1 follow along 60-minute workout DVD with a BONUS upper body strength workout!  It is PERFECT for using at home, or on the go!  The bar disassembles, so it is very easy to bring/pack for trips.

I have tried the Pilates Studio, but my sister has also done the workouts several times, and really enjoyed it!  Even if you don't feel like you are real "athletic", give this a try!  As long as you can get on the ground, you can do it (there is absolutely NO heavy equipment!)... and even if you can't do the whole workout right away, take some time to slowly build up until you can!  With this studio you can build muscle, tone your entire entire body, and tighten that core.  If you're working towards that long and lean look, this is the workout for you!

Here is a little bit about empower fitness and their mission... "Be active. Be Healthy. Be Strong. What do you want? Is it to fit into your “skinny” jeans? Bare your shoulders? We know that you want it all; to be healthy, active, and physically fit. We know you want to look AND feel great. Empower is here to inspire and motivate you to be active, healthy, and strong. It's your moment of truth, now MAKE YOUR MOVE to Empower."

This dvd is perfect for people that don't want a strenuous workout, and yet still want to get the job done.  I have enjoyed having a dvd I can do that will still work what needs worked, but it feels like I'm relaxing/stretching!  You can purchase this (plus many other studios/kits), on the empower fitness website.  You can also Like them on Facebook and Follow them on Twitter to stay up to date with their latest news and updates.

I received no monetary compensation for this review and giveaway.  I did receive product for review purposes only.  All thoughts and opinions are mine.  All text in red is taken from the sponsor's website.

It seems pretty neat, but I would be a little afraid that I might hurt myself with it.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. 10 Things You Need To Do Before Moving Abroad

From There is nothing more fulfilling than travelling the world and visiting new and exciting places. If you’re a fan of travel , then you might have thought about moving abroad at some point. Unfortunately, there is a lot to do before you can get on the plane, with finding accommodations and a job being the most important. If you’re moving abroad soon, or think that it’s something that you’d like to do in the future, then here are ten things that you need to do before you start your new life. 1. Visit The Country Plenty of people move abroad without visiting the country first. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
