Answers In Genesis Creation Museum Part 2

Hey neighbors!

Here is Part Two of our visit to the Creation Museum.  If you wish to read the first post, that talks about Buddy Davis, click HERE.  Part Two of our visit is going to cover the Insectarium!

The Insectarium was not there the last time I visited, so we made sure to visit this time.  They have so many displays of insects.  It is amazing how many different shapes, colors and sizes of insects there are.  What a beautiful display of creation.  It is interesting to learn about different insects and how God created them with certain abilities.

You will get to "meet" Dr. Crawley's Assistant who will share some amazing facts with you.

I do want to share some great news here that I just received from the Creation Museum: there is a Spring Break special if you are interested in visiting the museum.  Here is an excerpt from their email:
For a limited time, we are offering a $99 Spring Break Getaway Package. This package is valid for up to four tickets to the Creation Museum and a one-night hotel stay at the Wingate in Florence, KY. You read that right: a family of four can visit the Creation Museum and get a hotel room for only $99. At that price, bring another family with you!

Here’s the catch. This offer is only valid from March 22, 2015 through April 20, 2015, and there are only five packages available for each of those days, which means only 150 families will be able to take advantage of this unbeatable package. So don’t hesitate or you’ll miss this great opportunity for a family getaway to the Creation Museum.

In case you’re wondering, the 2015 2x2 family promotion is already calculated into this package. For $99 you get one night at the Wingate and two general admission tickets plus two free tickets (that’s four total tickets) to the Creation Museum.

To book your Creation Museum Spring Break Getaway Package, call 800-721-2298. Not available through the hotel; this is a Creation Museum package and only available through Creation Museum Reservations at 800-721-2298.

How does that sound?  Be sure to contact them for more information!  This is a SUPER deal!

We really enjoyed this trip and highly recommend the Creation Museum.  Remember, even if you can't make spring break, the Museum has Buy Two Tickets, Get Two Tickets.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. 10 Things You Need To Do Before Moving Abroad

From There is nothing more fulfilling than travelling the world and visiting new and exciting places. If you’re a fan of travel , then you might have thought about moving abroad at some point. Unfortunately, there is a lot to do before you can get on the plane, with finding accommodations and a job being the most important. If you’re moving abroad soon, or think that it’s something that you’d like to do in the future, then here are ten things that you need to do before you start your new life. 1. Visit The Country Plenty of people move abroad without visiting the country first. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
