WorkIt Wednesday : IdealShape Update!

Hey Neighbors!

How is everyone doing today?  We are doing fine.  I took a week off of the WorkIt Wednesdays for the holidays, but I should be back into my posting schedule now.  So, how close did you stick to your diet during the holidays?  Did you eat toooooo much?  Check out my post to see how I did during the holidays, my goals for the new year, and my IdealShape!

Delicious weight loss made easy. Try IdealShake Now!

So, during the 1-2 week period of the holidays (and of course my sickness!), I slowed down a little on the exercise, I let myself snack a little more than usual, etc.  I still weighed myself regularly, tried to watch what I was eating and drinking, exercise a couple times a week, etc.  During the couple of days around Christmas I went up a little bit, but I am already back down to the weight that I was before the holidays, and still losing!  I have now lost almost (like seriously, so close!) 20 lbs, even with the holidays.

My next "big" goal for 2015 is to make it down to 148 lbs. by April 15th (the day before we leave for a vacation trip!).  I am about twenty lbs. away from that goal, and I really believe I can make it if I stick to it.  I have also written out a workout schedule (actually stole from my sister!), that I will be sticking to as much as possible.  Another smallerish (is that a word?!?  :D) goal is to try and go a month with no soda.  What are your New Years Fitness Resolutions/Goals for 2015?  Leave a comment and let us know!

Out of the different products I received, I do have to say that the IdealShakes were my favorite by far!  I love the idea of replacing 1-2 meals a day with a shake.  It is easy to make, tastes great, it costs just $1.33 (or less!) per shake, it's convenient even while on the run, etc.  I also liked keeping a IdealBar in my gym bag for after TKD class.  My dad has noticed my weight loss, and has also started working out, watching what he is eating, etc.  He even tried my shake one morning for breakfast!

So, in my opinion, it is well worth purchasing any of the IdealShape products.  You can purchase any of the products I reviewed (as well as many other health/fitness products), on the IdealShape website. You can also Like them on Facebook, and Follow them on Twitter to stay up to date with their latest news.

I received no monetary compensation for this review and giveaway.  I did receive product for review purposes only.  All thoughts and opinions are mine.  All text in red is taken from the sponsor's website.

Hi Neighbors, Well, I am out of the hospital, but I am not allowed to be very active yet, so I asked my daughter to test out this new item. It is an Activity Watch. What a great item for Get Out Get Active! The Polar FA20 counts your daily physical activity. First you need to set the basic information. The date, units (metric or imperial), your weight, height, birth date, and male or female. Place the FA20 on your wrist to measure your physical activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This watch monitors your activity and gives you feedback about how you are doing. Everyone should be physically active at least 30 minutes each day, and the FA20 helps you achieve this. Throughout your day you can check and see if you are having a Lazy Day (active less than 30 minutes), Easy Day (active 30 to 60 minutes), Active Day (active 60 to 75 minutes) or an Intensive Day (active more than 75 minutes). You can also record your training sessions to learn more about how your body respon
