Sprucing for Spring with Monkey Bars

Hi neighbors!

As you well know, it has been a long winter here.  I am actually beginning to hope for spring though as we see a slow rise in temperature.  So of course I am starting to think bird feeders, gardening, time out in the yard and volleyball.  Well, you should see how our gardening equipment is stored.  All the shovels, rakes and other items are shoved in a corner in the shed.  Guess what though?  I just received the Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack from Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack from Monkey Bars of Illinois, in Peoria.  I am so excited about this product!

The Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack will now enable me to keep all my gardening needs in one, neat orderly display.  All my garden tools fit on one 51" bar!  Is that great or what!  No more searching the shed for that missing rake.  Now, if I can just get the children to put them back where they belong.  LOL!

The Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack has two brackets that you attach to your wall, and then slide the bar in and lock in place.  The 4 provided screws and washers are all you need to mount your Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack, other than a screw driver or drill.  Next you get to place all your hooks and attachments where you like them best.  Here are the hooks you receive:
1 - 12" Hook
2 - 3" Double Hooks
1 - 3" Single Hook
1 - 3" Wide Hook
2 - 5" Wide Hook
1 - J hook
You can hang rakes, shovels, hoses, cords, even a leaf blower.  I have a shovel or two, a rake, an extension cord and my push broom so far.  I know I will be adding more, as soon as I can find them!

I love that I can change it around and adjust it for my needs.  It is designed so I can move the shovels to whichever end I need them on.  If I want the hose on the left, instead of the right, I just move the hook.

This Garden Tool Rack is $99.99 with free shipping to the lower 48 states.  It is easy to mount and really helps the appearance of our shed.  No more tripping over rakes and shovels.

Monkey Bars carries many other organizational products for your home.  They have a golf bag rack, a bicycle rack, and even a rack for storing your folding chairs.  You can also purchase the bar and attachments separately and design your own.

I don't know how your shed or garage look, but mine definitely needed some organization.  So glad I have the Monkey Bars Garden Tool Rack!  I am seriously thinking one of these would work great for our dog supplies as well, all the leashes, collars, training equipment etc.

Hey check out their Facebook page and give them a follow - HERE.

Are Big Dogs A Bigger Responsibility?

Image Source Dogs come in all shapes and sizes. When opting to own a bigger breed, there are clearly going to be some differences in owning a Chihuahua. However, how big are these differences? Is the responsibility far greater with a humungous hound? Or are there some bonuses to having a big bow-wow-ing beast? Diet Big dogs do require a different diet then small dogs, not just in terms of portion size but nutrients too. They often need a greater amount of protein, especially as a pup when they are growing. This higher protein food costs more, and given that you’ll be serving up higher portions, you’ll go through a lot more dog food with a big breed than you would with a small breed. There are also other factors to consider. Big dogs are often more likely to contract allergies to certain foods. This can sometimes mean buying hypoallergenic dog food , which is unsurprisingly more expensive. It’s also recommended using a raised dog bowl once a big dog reaches adulthood.
