Petacular Treat of the Week Fruitables Crunchy Treats

Hey neighbors!

We are back with our Treat of the Week.  This week Fruitables is sharing their Fruitables Crunchy Treats.  They came in three great flavors - Pumpkin & Apple, Pumpkin & Blueberry, and Crispy Bacon & Apple.  The main difference in these and the previous Fruitable Treats are that these are of course.... CRUNCHY!  There are three other flavors listed on their site, which are - Pumpkin & Banana, Pumpkin & Pecan, and Pumpkin & Cranberry.

Now, I know my dogs love the jerky and chewy treats, but I do like to give them crunchy treats for variety and because it helps their teeth.  Each of these treats are under 9 calories.  100% Natural, with nothing artificial!  You can feel good about giving the Fruitables Crunchy oven baked treats to you furry friend.

From Fruitables:
Open a bag of Fruitables treats and you will immediately smell the difference. These deliciously healthy combinations come in CHEWY, CRUNCHY and JERKY formats with flavors as broad as your imagination. These limited ingredient recipes are made so fresh you can smell the difference.

All of our Shelties are enjoying all the Fruitables Treats!  I do have to keep an eye out that they don't receive too many!  Each time they come in they think they deserve a treat and they all gather around our treat table just waiting for one!  We have a small table near the back door, where we keep treats, leashes, etc.

Fruitables are calorie smart:
Our patent pending concept in advanced nutrition utilizes nature’s gifts of fruits and vegetables to balance palatability, calorie control, and satiety in foods that your pet will love.  Our products are proven in university studies to reduce hunger between meals.

No matter if your dog prefers, chewy, jerky or crunchy, Fruitables has you covered.  Or maybe your dog is like ours and they like variety, just grab a few different flavors from Fruitables and you are ready to go.

Remember you can shop online with some of the retailers who carry Fruitables, or you can check their retail store list for a location near you.  It is that simple!

Just like the previous weeks, Fruitables is sending 3 readers (winners) some of their Crunchy Treats!  Be sure you enter.  Be on the lookout next week, instead of treats we will be featuring their food supplements.

Disclosure:I received no monetary compensation for this post.  I did receive product for review purposes.  All quotes in red are taken from the sponsor's website or email.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child
