Jones Natural Chews for Your Dog!

Hi neighbors!

Today I get to tell you a little bit about Jones Natural Chews for your dog.  We received their Beefly Links for review.  The dogs LOVE them.  Pansy devoured hers.   They actually look like long, slender sausages all hooked together.  I gave Pansy the first one and Glory and Jubilee soon circled around for some.  Each of them chose a spot to lay down and enjoy their Jones Natural Chews.

From Jones Natural Chews:
Six generations of expertise in the meat industry have proven to be a valuable asset to Jones Natural Chews. The Jones family takes pride in the consistency and quality of their natural, healthy dog treats and chews made from animal products supplied by USDA inspected plants within the USA. Over the years, Jones Natural Chews has carefully developed several types and sizes of chews and treats for all size dogs and all types of chewers. All products are developed with careful testing for moisture levels, bacteria control, and maximum shelf life. Of course, the true product testers consist of several different dogs ranging in size from three pounds to two hundred fifty pounds. Lots of thanks and love to our current testers: Onyx, Sophia, Grizzly, Jake, Harley, Sampson, Tana, Sam, Rupert, Tucker, Ozzy and Maria.

I would have to say our testers, Pansy, Jubilee and Glory would agree that the Beefly Links are tasty!  Take a minute to enjoy the pictures of our testers enjoying their chews!

We also received their Wuv You Treats.  Inside the canister are two different treats.  The first is the Tender Taffy Chicken Blend and the second is Big Paw Jerky.  These are a much softer treat.  I think Glory will eat anything, so I am not surprised she gobbled hers down.  Pansy on the other hand is much daintier.  She takes small bites, I will say though that she may eat a little slower, but she does not share.

All Jones chews and treats are made in the USA from start to finish.  They even have an American flag on all their products.

A little bit of advice from Jones Natural Chews:
Choose a bone that is the right density and size for your dog. The bone should be larger than your dog's mouth. Pork bones and lamb bones are soft bones and are only for smaller, light chewers. Beef bones are good for most chewers. Beef shank and knee caps are the hardest bones for aggressive chewers.
If large slivers or pieces are breaking off, take it away and try another type. Bones are not intended to be ingested, but chewed and gnawed on. Knuckles will be consumed and will leave a hard bone piece to gnaw.

Jones Natural Chews does not sell directly to the consumer, but they do have a list of retail stores, state by state, where you will be able to purchase their chews.

Do you have a dog that would like Jones Natural Chews?  Check out their website for more information.  Thank you for stopping by today and be sure to come back soon for a visit At the Fence!

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
