Springfield Dolls - Both Adorable and Affordable

Hi neighbors!

Here is a nice gift idea for the little girls in your life, Springfield Dolls and accessories.  These dolls make a super-affordable gift.  My daughter saw the pictures and immediately chose Olivia.  She then started anxiously waiting for Olivia to show up at the door.

Olivia, arrived!  Along with Olivia we also received an extra outfit.  There are presently 5 dolls available, Maria, Olivia, Madison, Abby and Emma.  You can also choose from a variety of outfits, shoes, collections and furniture.  Be sure to check their website because they have some pre-holiday sales going on.  The best thing for parents is, a Springfield doll will not break your pocket book.  The dolls are $21.99 on their website.  Outfits and furniture are also reasonably priced.  My daughter is already creating a list.

Another feature of the Springfield dolls is, they have an online clubhouse your daughter can join.  Yep, my daughter has already joined and is presently playing on the site.  All you need to do is go to their website and register for free.  They will receive access to the site and  a friendship bracelet.  Another benefit?  When you purchase a doll or clothing from the Springfield collection you receive a scratch off card with a code that unlocks more fun on the site!

I have included a few pictures of Olivia in the outfit we received from the company.  They sent us a top and pants.  We only dress our dolls in dresses, but I did want you to see the outfit.  It fits nicely and is well made.  Should you feel the same way we do though, don't despair, Springfield has some really pretty dresses for your daughter's new best friend.

Olivia has already gone on a trip with my daughter to the thrift store and has taken up residence on her bed.  The dolls have a soft body with vinyl head, arms and legs.  As you can see in some of the pictures, you can pose the Springfield dolls!

Springfield Dolls:
Ideal for youngsters ages 4 years old and up, each of the five personalities have long eye lashes, lifelike eyes that open and close, a soft cloth body, smooth vinyl head and jointed arms and legs for hours of pretend play. Just strike a pose!

A fashionable line of 18-inch dolls, clothing, accessories and furniture starts with their dedicated creative design team. The designers carefully sketch out fashion ideas, select quality and on-trend fabrics and materials and then work hard to make their vision come alive for girls everywhere. Through products and the interactive play offered online at, the product line encourages girls to form a special relationship with the dolls and to create fun and memorable moments together. Springfield Collection is committed to providing an unforgettable experience for each child while ensuring the brand is accessible and available to all. The mission with every Springfield Collection product is to provide girls with fashion, fun and friendship.

Hey neighbors, the great news is, one winner will receive the Springfield Doll of their choice and included will be one outfit and pair of shoes. (The outfit and shoes will be sponsor's choice.)

Be sure to visit the Springfield Dolls website and take a look around, maybe let your daughter choose her favorite.  Take a minute to follow them on their social sites too!

Definitely Emma. She looks just like my Granddaughter Nessa! Too cute I know it would be her new best friend. She's a shy little thing, and I know they would be best friends.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back. 10 Things You Need To Do Before Moving Abroad

From There is nothing more fulfilling than travelling the world and visiting new and exciting places. If you’re a fan of travel , then you might have thought about moving abroad at some point. Unfortunately, there is a lot to do before you can get on the plane, with finding accommodations and a job being the most important. If you’re moving abroad soon, or think that it’s something that you’d like to do in the future, then here are ten things that you need to do before you start your new life. 1. Visit The Country Plenty of people move abroad without visiting the country first. Although this is fine to do, as long as you’ve done plenty of research on the country, it makes much more sense to visit the country first. This way you can get used to the culture, and will know in advance whether or not the country is somewhere that you’d actually like to live. 2. Research The Country You need to do lots of research before you move abroad, especially if you haven’t visited the count
