Sing To Your Baby App

Hi Neighbors!

Here is a neat little app for you to try.  It is called Sing to Your Baby.  You can download it for free with one song.  You can purchase other songs through the app.  When the app plays the song, you can choose from a male or female singing, or you can just have the music play while you sing along.  The app was designed so you can spend some fun, quality time with your child.

To purchase the entire album of 22 songs is $9.99.  There are a couple of free songs and others are $1.99 each.  Definitely best to purchase the whole album if you are interested.  Another unique feature of this app is, you or siblings, can sing along and record your singing for playback.  You can also share your songs with family and friends through email or on Facebook.

There is cute artwork along with the song playing.  The notes and words to the song run along the bottom of the screen.  Spend time playing while you sing to your child.  Sit down and clap, sing, bounce and just have fun!

I will say it took a few minutes to figure out how to record singing with the track.   You have to finish the entire song to save it.  My daughters, tech savvy of course, figured it out for me.

If you or someone you know are expecting, or maybe already have a little one, this is an app you might find interesting.  Check out Sing to Your Baby.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.
