Gorton's Wicked Good Seafood!
Hi neighbors!
I first heard the phrase "Wicked Good", about 12 years ago when we went to Northern Maine. Everything in Maine was "wicked good". So, I was not surprised to hear Gorton's Seafood called "wicked good'. My husband and a couple of the children LOVE fish. As a matter of fact after receiving my wicked good package from Gorton's, they actually had fish sandwiches two days in a row, and were hoping for more the next day! For some reason fall weather and fish just sort of go together.
We really like the Gorton's Fish Sandwich Fillets. They are the perfect size for buns, easy to prepare and taste GREAT. My family decided you MUST have them on buns, because they just do not taste the same on bread! And of course they had to add a slice of American cheese to melt over the fillet. Of course you can't have fish without french fries. It is amazing, what you "must" have when you eat fish! LOL! Cole slaw is another favorite side dish.
We were also able to try the Shrimp Scampi. We served it over pasta! The Shrimp Scampi is in a garlic butter sauce. Yummy! Just smelling it was delicious! We have already purchased another and my daughter wants to try it over rice this time.
Gorton's website has loads of Wicked Good recipes to try, so be sure you stop by and take a look around. If you find a recipe you want to try, be sure to download their coupon before going shopping. Just look at their Tenders Tacos!

We like their salmon and tilapia.
I've only tried a few & have liked them all. The crispy battered fish fillets are easier to fix compared to fish sticks (takes longer to turn them all over :)
I love shrimp scampi

I'd like the salmon :)
Their beer battered fish filets.
How interesting. I have cooked fish en papillotte which is topically just in a bag and it tastes wonderful, but never thought to do it with pasta. How fun! Looks sensational.
