Body Works Wellness Shots

Hey Neighbors!

I feel like it's been awhile.  I basically took most of last week off for our 31st Wedding Anniversary!  We had a great time and I have already shared some highlights with you.  If you haven't read those yet be sure you take the time to do so.  Now on to a new product.

I received some Body Works Wellness Shots and a sampling of some of their other products. The other shots are Sleep, Relax, Energy, Performance, and Sport.  The Wellness Shots are recommended for:
Maintaining a healthy blood flow
Minor circulatory issues
Sitting for a long time
Standing on your feet all day

From Body Works:
Our formula helps consumers maintain healthy blood flow for 12 hours. An essential formula for people with minor poor circulation. Our shot is the first in the USA to contain FruitFlow®, an ingredient which naturally supports healthy blood circulation*.

Our shots are non-alcoholic, ready to drink and use herbs, amino acids, vitamins and other effective, natural ingredients which take your body beyond general nutrition. With a pleasant mixed berry taste, we’ve created formulations with zero calories, no sugar and do not mask our supplements with remedies generically found in other shots.

Now,  I honestly can not tell you how well this works as I only received a sampling.  My husband tried their Sleep Shot, but once again I only received one.  These do appear to be much better for you than the shots that contain alcohol and other ingredients that are not good for your body.  They do not contain sugar or calories and have a mixed berry flavor.  They are TSA approved, so you can take them on trips with you.

The Wellness Shots can be purchased online.  A package of six is $20 and presently there is free shipping.   The Body Works Wellness Shots are available in the US only.

One neighbors will receive a set of Body Works shots to try for themselves.  Be sure to enter!

Disclosure:I received no monetary compensation for this post.  I did receive product for review purposes.  All quotes in red are taken from the sponsor's website or email.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Polar FA20 Activity Watch Review and Giveaway

Hi Neighbors, Well, I am out of the hospital, but I am not allowed to be very active yet, so I asked my daughter to test out this new item. It is an Activity Watch. What a great item for Get Out Get Active! The Polar FA20 counts your daily physical activity. First you need to set the basic information. The date, units (metric or imperial), your weight, height, birth date, and male or female. Place the FA20 on your wrist to measure your physical activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This watch monitors your activity and gives you feedback about how you are doing. Everyone should be physically active at least 30 minutes each day, and the FA20 helps you achieve this. Throughout your day you can check and see if you are having a Lazy Day (active less than 30 minutes), Easy Day (active 30 to 60 minutes), Active Day (active 60 to 75 minutes) or an Intensive Day (active more than 75 minutes). You can also record your training sessions to learn more about how your body respon
