Bubble Tubbie

Hi Neighbors!

I have to open this review by saying, this is one of the most colorful books I have ever seen.  Bubble Tubbie is designed for young children by Epiphany Schwartz.  With verse on every page Bubble Tubbie is bound to become a child's favorite book.

I received the padded hardcover copy of Bubble Tubbie.  The pages are shiny and colorful and easy to wipe clean!  Just look at the pictures below.  When large or uncommon words are used, you can find some definitions along the edge of the page.  Words like: beckon or orbs will be explained for your child.

Bubble Tubbie:
Bubble Tubbie is the first children's picture book to be produced in three distinct formats simultaneously: hardcover, translucent plastic waterproof bathtub book, and interactive book app for iPad. Are you ready? Alrighty then, HOP IN THE TUBBIE!   The hardcover version of Bubble Tubbie has been designed to ignite the senses. The shiny, white, padded cover is substantial, and includes a peek of the images that you will find inside. Each brightly colored page is loaded with original art and photographic images. The author's poetry is magically light hearted and fun, and includes many sensory cue words, vocabulary words and definitions. Special care was taken in the printing process to create something of great quality that also makes it stand up well to little hands! Also included are two full pages of vinyl stickers that can be stuck and re-stuck on the pages, the cover, and especially the bathtub.

I am going to a baby shower soon, and I am thinking of taking Bubble Tubbie as a gift!

About Epiphany Schwartz:
Schwarz has a background in the performing arts, business development, real estate, design, and event planning. Her works of contemporary art hang in several of the most prestigious modern art collections, including the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, (a Frank Gehry Building), and in the three star Michelin Restaurant, Guy Savoy. She has also donated pieces for charities that are close to her heart, including St. Jude’s Hospital, Keep Memory Alive and Three Square.

You have several different choices if you like Bubble Tubbie.  It is available in the hard cover version that I received ($19.95), a plastic, waterproof Bathtub version or as an app.  Or maybe you are interested in more than one option!  There are other products that can be purchased on the Bubble Tubbie website.

Disclosure:I received no monetary compensation for this post.  I did receive product for review purposes.  All quotes in red are taken from the sponsor's email or website.  All thoughts and opinions are my own.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
