Paperless Home Organization From Simplified Pantry

 photo tn_zpsd0054245.jpg
Hey neighbors!

Are you looking for some sort of system to help you be a little more organized?  A system where you won't constantly be losing your notebook, or wishing it was with you when you need it?  Then I have a solution that just might work for you.  Paperless Home Organization if from Simplified Pantry.  They are all about helping you make your life easier.  They also have two cookbooks that the Crew was able to review at the same time.  They are; Simplified Dinners and Simplified Dinners Gluten Free/Dairy Free.  I am all for anything that helps organize my day and give me more time for my family.

Before I start on the Paperless Home Organization let me say I received all three titles and I intend on trying out the Simplified Dinners.  We have just been super busy and traveling, so I am concentrating on Paperless Home Organization.

 photo book_cover_zpsea3c0ac1.jpg

To begin with I will say I am not an overly organized person.  I leave little post it notes all over, I start one notebook and then loose interest and start another.  I have little index cards around the home with chores posted on them.  I have a tendency to change my schedule quite a bit.  We travel often as my husband preaches so I need something extremely flexible.  It needs to change as my timing and schedule change.  For example the past two weeks we have been on the road. First we went to Texas, both Dallas and Austin and then we headed to New Mexico where we have spent the week in Camp Meetings.

Paperless Home Organization is all electronic.  You will go digital.  You can use your smartphone, iPad or Kindle and start getting organized.  All your to do lists will be right at your fingertips, and if you are like I am, you will almost always have these with you.  Perfect!  No more lost or misplaced lists.

Paperless Home Organization is available in a PDF or Kindle download.  For just the investment of $3.99 you will be able to get stated un-cluttering your life.

It will take an in vestment of time to set up, as the author will show you ways to get organized using free Apps that you will have to download and then sync together.  So when you decide to go with Paperless Home Organization realize this is not a quick fix, you will need some time to read through the information and set up all the Apps you need.  Of course it will also take some time to become used to how each one works.  Author Mystie Winckler takes all the guessing about which Apps to use and how to use them together.

Remember, just like any other organization system you can tweek it a little to meet your needs.  I think my neighbors will find that the $3.99 investment will be well worth all the information and help they will receive.  Have I arrived yet? No, but I am a work in progress.

Be sure to click on the banner below to see what other Crew Members have to say about these books from Simplified Pantry!

Wholly Guacamole Father's Day is Coming Up!

Hey Neighbors!

Does you husband or father LOVE Wholly Guacamole?  My whole family does!  We use it for all kinds of things.  Usually Mexican meals, but Wholly Guacamole can be used for so much more!  Guacamole Burgers, Salsa Burgers, and so many other ideas on the Wholly Guacamole site.  There are even desserts!  The Avocado Chocolate Chip Cookies look like something out of the Dr. Seuss books!

Just look at these Taco Cupcakes with Wholly Salsa Dip!  These are definitely on my list of recipes to try!

We are talking Father's Day though, so Dad might prefer a recipe for grilling out!  Or maybe he likes his WHolly Guacamole and Salsa with chips for an evening snack!  My family has chips and dips a few times a week, either as a snack or with their lunch.  How would dad like Mexican Spice Crusted Steak with Avocado Lime Rice?  It looks GREAT!

I can't wait to get home now and try out some new Wholly Guacamole recipes.  The Taco Cupcakes are going to be a must try!  So, while I am really excited about trying some of these recipes out, what about you?  Would you like to make Father's Day extra special for someone?  Here is your chance!  We here At the Fence are teaming up for a SUPER DOOPER GIVEAWAY!  One Grand Prize winner will receive a Wholly Guacamole Cooler filled with Wholly Guacamole products!  Are you interested yet?  It gets even better!  Three other neighbors will each receive a T-shirt and coupon prize pack.  Now are you interested?  Let's get going!

First, just a little about Wholly Guacamole:
High Pressure Processing or HPP technology is a process of preserving foods through the use of high-pressure water rather than with heat or chemicals. HPP is what makes our guacamole taste so yummy without any preservatives or additives having to be added. We want it to be just like home-made (without the fuss). Would you add chemical preservatives to your homemade guacamole? HPP is all about using cold-water pressure instead of heat to preserve our product. This same cold water is low-energy and is recyclable so it’s more efficient than thermal preservation.

This is very important to us at Wholly Guacamole® brand because we care about keeping the environment as green as our guacamole. This has been a priority with us since day one. In 2009, we started building a corporate-wide program that helps document our carbon footprint, our waste stream, water use and other impacts. It also helps document how we affect the communities where we operate. Our goal is to make our products the best they can be in every way, including how we pursue sustainability.
When Don helped HPP evolve into what it is today, the process became known as the “Fresherized®”process. Today Fresherized Foods, home of Wholly Guacamolebrand, is the world’s largest user of HPP.

My Image Button Maker

Hey Neighbors!

I recently received the My Image Button Maker for review!  You might remember that we previously did a review of their MYFBM Bracelet Maker.  Anyway, my daughter had fun working with this one.  It is so easy to use!  It comes with everything you need to create several buttons or magnets.

Above is the actual My Image Button Maker.  This is not only where you store all your supplies, but you also make your buttons right here!  There are two drawers in  the front to hold your button fronts and backs, along with the pins and magnets.  The circle in the top is where you cut out your images.  You just slide it in there until the image is the way you like it, and then push the yellow lever on the side to cut our your image.  We chose to make a couple of buttons first with pre-made designs.  My daughter picked out some of her favorites.

After you have the image cut out, you need to get the front and back pieces of the button and decide if you want a pin or a magnet.  If you choose a pin you must place the pin in the back of the button before continuing.  If you wish to make a magnet, you will add the magnet after putting your button together.  We chose to do a couple of pins first.

Next you lay the front of the button in one of the little circles on the My Image Button Maker.  Place your image in the front of the button, face down.  Now attach the back by gently pressing into place.

Look how nice our button looks!  This really is easy to make buttons.

For a magnet, you just place the front of the button in one of the circles on your My Image Button Maker.  After you cut out your image of course!  Place your image in face down and then put the back on.  When you are done, place one of the magnets on the back by removing the paper and sticking on the back of the button.  All done!

So simple!  Below are a couple more we made.

You are also able to create your own with photos you have taken.  You can use the My Image Photo Sizer, or there is an App you can download.   Unfortunately we are on the road, so I do not have a printer to use.  Perhaps I can add a couple pictures of those later.

My Image Button maker is from our friends at, MYFBM, My Friendship Bracelet Maker.  They have several other creative kits for your children to choose from.  Be sure to stop by their website and take a look around. Also connect with them through their Social Media to find out more about them and to keep informed about new products!

One neighbors will receive a My Image Button Maker.

Growing Up

This guest post from Werner Rogers

I’ve gotten really concerned about money recently and it’s a new sensation. I grew up in a privileged family, I guess you could say? That sounds terrible but you know, that’s my reality. But when I got married my dad told me he was no longer going to support me financially which was fair, but now my husband and I are really hurting for money. We moved here to Texas because he’s in the military and that’s the way it had to be – and since we had to leave California I didn’t have a job when we got here so we’re making do on his salary alone. I’ve been clipping coupons and selling some of our old junk online because we need cash to cover our moving expenses. I got online and looked up (which was referred to me from one of the other military wives) and found us a better energy rate which is saving us a little each month. Every little bit helps and so far we’ve been able to save about $800 this month just doing little stuff. I love my husband and I love my parents – they weren’t exactly excited when I wanted to get married so young but I knew this was the right thing to do. They aren’t trying to punish me or “cut me off” as my best friend put it, they’re just trying to teach me responsibility because I’m grown up now and it’s tough to be independent. It’s been hard for me to learn that lesson but I know my parents have my best interest at heart. They love my husband and think we’re great together but they were concerned about how young we both are. I understand that but now that I live in Texas and own my own home I feel like I’m better prepared than I ever have been to live on my own and be the woman of the house. They’d be so proud of me!

Schoolhouse Library and You!

Hey Neighbors!

I know some of you homeschool or have friends that do, so I want to take the opportunity to tell you about a really great offer.  The Old Schoolhouse is offering an entire library of downloads for a one time payment of $25, The Schoolhouse Library.   You will have over 175 e-books or audio books to help you on your journey of homeschooling.  Right there at your fingertips.

This is perfect for new homeschoolers getting started, or for those of us who have been homeschooling for years.  Just look at some of the information available:

  • 2 Study Guides from YWAM
  • Draw Write Now Sampler E-Book by Barker Creek

Now, I am almost, but not quite at the end of my homeschooling journey.  With 4, well almost 4 done and only 2 left to graduate, but I am sure I will be able to find uses for quite a bit of this material.  I would have loved something like this when I first started with my oldest....but I am not sure we even owned a computer then!
