RightSize Hunger Smashing Smoothie

Hi Neighbors!

When we returned from our Florida trip I found RightSize Hunger Smashing Smoothie.  I received a couple full size containers of the Lean Cocoa Bean and then some samples of their SkinniVanilli Slend-A-Berry and Leano Cappuccino.  I also received a shaker for mixing the RightSize Smoothies.



RightSize has a hunger-smashing protein-fiber combination that really helps reduce your hunger.  It WORKS! My daughter (26) stated that she noticed right away that she was not as hungry after having one of the RightSize Smoothies for breakfast.  My other daughter (28) has also been using the Smoothies and has noticed the same results.  She likes having hers at lunch.



Right Size suggests, replacing two meals a day with a RightSize Smoothie followed by an 8oz. glass of water.  You are allowed two 100 calorie snacks and then one sensible meal.


To prepare your RightSize Smoothie, blend together one level scoop of RightSize with 8 oz. of fat free milk in your shaker.  If you want a thicker smoothie add 1/2 cup of ice and mix in a blender.  The RightSize Smoothie has vitamins, minerals, green tea, and ginger root to give you essential nutrients to stay in top form.

Now, our favorites were the Lean Cocoa Bean and SkinniVanilli.  The really great thing too is they have recipes on their website which will give you variety with your RightSize Smoothies.

I like the strawberry tease smoothie. I always like to use a vanilla base for my smoothies and add the flavoring with fruit and such. Its more versatile.
