Mario Badescu Hair Care Products

Hi Neighbors!

I am trying out some new hair care products from Mario Badescu on this trip.  Speaking of the trip, we are really enjoying ourselves and having a good time.  Be sure to read some of the posts about our trip.  Anyway I received the All Purpose Egg Shampoo, Chamomile Shampoo, Hair Rinsing Conditioner, and the Nucleic Moisturizing Hair Rinse.  All of these that I received were 8 oz. bottles that cost $8 each.

Now, my daughter tried the All purpose Egg Shampoo, followed by the Hair Rinsing Conditioner.  She really liked it.  She said it made her hair feel really soft.

Now, I tried the Chamomile Shampoo.  Have you ever heard the term, "Squeaky Clean" ?  That is how my hair felt after using the Chamomile Shampoo.  I was told by a friend of mine who styles hair that after using a shampoo you should be able to run your hands over your wet hair and hear a squeak.  That is just how my hair felt!  I could tell it was clean!  I followed this with the Hair Rinsing Conditioner.  WOW!  Super soft hair!

Here is a short description of each product from their website:
Hair Rinsing Conditioner:
Tropical fruit scented Hair Rinsing Conditioner leaves all hair types soft, and tangle free. Eliminates dryness and restores shine and luster to hair without weighing it down.

Chamomile Shampoo:
Gentle, clean-rinsing Chamomile Shampoo leaves all hair types shiny, healthy and free of build-up. Contains Chamomile Extract and Coconut Oil to nourish and moisturize hair.

All Purpose Egg Shampoo:
Mild Egg Shampoo leaves all hair types feeling clean and nourished with its protein enriched Egg ingredient. Gentle enough to use as an all-in-one shampoo and shower gel.

Beauty Tip:
As a 2-in-one product, All Purpose Egg Shampoo is gentle enough to use as a shower gel. Massage on wet skin with a soft cloth or sponge and rinse thoroughly.

Nucleic Moisturizing Hair Rinse:
Great for restoring moisture and body to fine, limp hair while eliminating tangles. Nourishing Herbal Extracts help to soften over processed or damaged hair. Works well as a detangler for children or as a moisture treatment for frizzy hair.

Beauty Tip:
Use on kids as a detangling treatment. Bring it to the beach for a protective treatment against
drying sun and salt.

As for the Nucleic Moisturizing Hair Rinse, it can be used after shampooing and then rinse it out after 60 seconds, or you can opt to leave it in.  I use it and leave it in.  Generally I shampoo and condition at night before bed, and then use a leave in spray in the morning.  This system works for me.

WHO WAS MARIO BADESCU?

Mario Badescu was a Romanian-born skin care specialist with a bold vision. Being both a chemist and a cosmetologist, Mario had a very unique perspective about skin care, appreciating both the chemical nature and complexities of the skin, as well as the desire and innate satisfaction and confidence that healthy, clean, radiant skin can give a person.

Mario opened his salon in New York City in 1967 and began to develop his signature skin care product line. The effectiveness of these products and his unparalleled European-style facials did not remain a secret --- before long, Mario was rubbing shoulders with the most famous actors, actresses, and celebrities of his day, as they looked to his products and salon as New York City's very own fountain of youth.

Have any of my neighbors used any of the Mario Badescu products?  They do much more than hair care, they also do skin care products.  I personally want to try their Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater.  It sounds wonderful!

One neighbors will receive a bottle of the Hair Rinsing Conditioner.

Disclosure:I received no monetary compensation for this post.  I did receive some Mario Badescu Hair Care Products for review purposes.  All quotes in red are taken from the sponsor's website or email.  All thoughts and opinions are mine.

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.
