Beeyoutiful!

Hey Neighbors!

I recently had the opportunity to try out some Beeyoutiful (Bee You Tiful) products!  I received the Laveshmint Hydrating Toner 4 fl. oz. ($14), Laveshmint Daily Moisturizing Lotion 4 fl. oz. ($12), Vanilla Dream Body Butter ($15), and my favorite, Hair Shine All Natural Leave In Conditioner 4 fl. oz.($15).

Beeyoutiful believes you should have healthy living for the real world.  From Beyoutiful:

Beeyoutiful.com, we believe that each individual is responsible for their own health. It is not a doctor's responsibility to keep you in good health. Instead they are a tremendous resource, especially for those times when urgent care is required. But, they are only one of many resources. And the tools they use, while powerful, are not the only tools available. But a tool is worthless unless one knows how to use it.
We have found a lot a tools that have worked very well for our families, and made Beeyoutiful a repository for those tools, as well as the information to effectively use them. As we learn more, we share more. Our goal is to eventually carry every natural product that we use. We're not there yet. We may never be as we are constantly being exposed to new and great products. As much as is in our power, we want to aid others in obtaining and maintaining good health.
Our mission is to do good to all men. Please let us know how we're doing!
Beeyoutiful products are all manufactured in the US and are tested on Beeyoutiful staff and family.  They use pure all natural ingrediants with no Parabens, no formaldehyde, no petroleum derived ingredients, and no SLS detergents.  If living chemical free and using natural products is important to you, you need to stop by Beeyoutiful.com and check out what they have.

First the Vanilla Dream Body Butter.  Ummmm!  It smells so good!  The oils soak right in to dry, cracked skin.  It leaves your skin feeling softer and smoother.
Ingredients:
Shea butter, Vanilla infused oils of Coconut, Olive, and Grape Seed, Grapefruit Seed Extract, essential oil of Ylang Ylang, vanilla plantifolia.

Next up is the Laveshmint Toner.  This one I really enjoy, right after showering.  It smells great and the feeling on your face after a shower is just so refreshing!  All cool and tingly.  I also learned from their website that it is great for sunburn.  I never would have thought of using it for sunburn!
Ingredients:
Certified organic aloe vera, purified water, lavender essential oil, peppermint essential oil. .01% potassium sorbate, citric acid, and sodium benzoate (food grade preservatives)
From the website:
To top this off, we've added a unique blend of lavender and peppermint essential oils to cool sunburns, cleanse wounds, and uplift your countenance. With its captivating fragrance, Lavender has sedative and deep relaxing qualities, as well as being renowned for helping all manner of skin irritations. Cool and tingly on your skin, Peppermint essential oil is an incredible aid for acne, dermatitis, fever, headaches, and mental strain.

Then there is the Laveshmint Daily Moisturizer.  This is of course the perfect compliment to the toner.  Using the moisturizer just before the toner in combination.  The Moisturizer is good for cleaning your face and neck.  With the Aloe, peppermint oil and lavender oils, you end up feeling fresh, clean and smooth.
Ingredients:
Aqua (distilled water), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe), Vitis Vinifera (Grapseed Oil), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Stearic Acid, Emulsifying Wax NF, Vegetable Glycerin USP, Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol (a safe and mild preservative blend which is free of Parabens and Formaldehyde)

Now, here is my favorite product, the Hair Shine all natural Leave in Conditioner.  I LOVE this product!  Yes, I do like the others, but this is seriously my favorite.  I like to shower in the evening, so right after showering I have my daughter spray my hair and then comb it through.  Not only does it make my hair soft and manageable, but I love going to sleep breathing in the peppermint and lavender fragrance.  I also apply it several times throughout the day.  LOVE IT!  And it is lasting so long!
Ingredients:
certified organic aloe vera concentrate, distilled water, sweet orange essential oil, lavandin essential oil, rosemary essential oil

Other Uses for Hair Shine from the website:

Sunburn. If you or your little ones got more sun than you planned, spray on cooling Hair Shine.  The aloe and lavender cool burns and protect from infection. Like aloe, lavender is known for its use on burns, so putting the two together makes Hair Shine a cooling, healthy alternative to standard sunburn sprays. You won’t have to worry about chemicals with unpronounceable names soaking into your skin. But do not use Hair Shine before you hit the sun—the sweet orange essential oil may actually increase photosensitivity in some people.
• Insect Bites. Lessen the itch and protect against infection and scarring—from mosquitos to ticks—with a squirt of Hair Shine on the bites.
Hair or skin, tangles or sunburn, Hair Shine is good for everyone in the family.

While on their website I saw several other products that I wouldn't mind trying at some point.  I am making a list!

Other members of the Crew also reviewed these products along with some others, including makeup from their sister site Beeyoutiful Skin.  Be sure to click on the banner below to see what they have to say!

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
