SchoolhouseTeachers.com

Hey neighbors!

Have any of you checked out Schoolhouse Teachers website?  It is part of The Old Schoolhouse Magazine. By becoming a member you will have access to daily, weekly, and even monthly assignments for your students.  And beat of all, it just keeps coming.  More and more is being added to this site!  All for $5.95 a month.  And when you join now, your first month is only $1.  Yes, just $1 to try out all this site has to offer for a whole month!

Fore instance, right now they have a series going on regarding the Olympic Games.  Because more lessons are constantly coming, you will get up to date relevant lessons.  And remember, you can use this system for your curriculum or to supplement a curriculum you already know and love!  Need a quick idea for a craft?  They have that too!

They have many well known teachers on their site, including Diana Waring.  My children recognized this name from some books we purchased at Answers in Genesis.

I am looking forward to using some of the copybooks they have available to help improve my children's handwriting skills.  And there is even a Homemaking and Housekeeping shelf in the Schoolhouse library.  As more material is added, the site will continue to grow.

One of my favorites features is the ability to download planners.  Yes, planners as in plural.  First there is the Schoolhouse Planner, then the Special Learners Schoolhouse Planner, a Primary Schoolhouse Planner, Intermediate Schoolhouse Planner and High School Schoolhouse Planner.  You can (with a membership) download and print off exactly what you need.  Set it up the way you want it.

Now, all I have to do is plan this years schedule, so I can work in the SchoolhouseTeachers.com website.  You can go here to see some samples from SchoolhouseTeachers.com.  Be sure to visit the site and look around a bit.  They are still in the process of adding more, so be patient.  If you sign up I am sure you will be glad you did. The date, units (metric or imperial), your weight, height, birth date, and male or female. Place the FA20 on your wrist to measure your physical activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This watch monitors your activity and gives you feedback about how you are doing. Everyone should be physically active at least 30 minutes each day, and the FA20 helps you achieve this. Throughout your day you can check and see if you are having a Lazy Day (active less than 30 minutes), Easy Day (active 30 to 60 minutes), Active Day (active 60 to 75 minutes) or an Intensive Day (active more than 75 minutes).
