Hey neighbors!
With Father's Day just around the corner, how many of you while searching gift ideas for men, have considered a shaving kit? We have considered putting together a special kit for my husband. He decided to grow back his entire beard. Yeah! That made me happy.
Now he just shaves his neck area, and of course trims the beard to keep it neat looking. I shave the back of his neck for him. Usually right after I give him a haircut and then once in between. For shaving, he likes really HOT water. So hot that I often adjust it down because to me it is too hot. He uses a shaving cream with a moisturizer. His skin is dry already from spending so much time out in the sun, that shaving without a moisturizing shave cream dries his face and neck out more.
Anyway, so we were thinking about buying a shaving bag (dopp bag), and then purchasing products to put in it for Father's Day. Like a really nice razor, some moisturizing shaving cream, and a really nice smelling aftershave. I think we will add a wash cloth, a small body wash/shampoo, nail brush, etc. Then he will have everything he needs right in one place. And hopefully my sons won't borrow it!
My family is really looking forward to father's Day this weekend and honoring their dad. Hope you all have a great weekend and get to spend it with family!
