Hey Neighbors!
It is so beautiful here today! I am anxiously awaiting getting our front porch finished and our deck out back done. I will include some pictures later!
Anyway, my two sons have decided to start a lawn and cleanup business and we have discussed using online marketing. Right now they have their business cards, fliers, and some of their equipment. We have brochures on order! My question to my neighbors here is, at this point, should they consider online marketing? Not anything major of course, but do you think it would help them get started? They are planning on doing lawn services as well as basic property cleanup. You know removing junk, tree limbs, old appliances and such. They want to be able to reach this area plus the surrounding towns.
They have gone through several neighborhoods talking to individuals and passing out flyers. They are also going to contact local realtors. We have been brainstorming other ways to get the word out and I have to say, because the internet is so much a part of everyone's daily lives, they might need to look into those options.
What do you think? Do you mow your own lawn? Have you ever hired someone to do your lawn or do cleanup? If you did, did you use the internet to find someone? Thanks for your help on this one!
