Hello Neighbors!
Do any of you have a baby or young child who just can't seem to get to sleep? I well remember those nights, 6 children's worth! We used to play music softly, rock them in a rocking chair and when we had to we would take them for a ride! It is amazing what we will try to get our little ones to sleep. Well, the inspiration for Sleeping Babies came while trying to get triplets to sleep! And:
"We fruitlessly searched for products that
would soothe and relax them. For weeks, nothing seemed to work. that is, until
a stormy, tropical night brought the calming rain, as well as the much-needed
solution to us. Our babies slept like angels, as they listened to the soft,
gentle sounds of the raindrops hitting their bedroom's windowpane. This
inspired us to share our discovery with other weary parents facing the same
dilemma of a sleepless night."
They are now making Sleeping Baby Happy Parent available to others through a CD. I was able to listen to a copy and I do have to admit it is a very soothing sound. What could make a better gift to a young couple with a newborn, then a CD of soothing sounds to help them get their baby to sleep. Or perhaps you need it your own child. Personally, I might use it myself. I need white noise when I sleep. My husband sleeps with a fan right next to his face at night. Now, I can't stand a fan directly in my face, but I have gotten used to the sound. So, when we travel and I don't have a fan on, I miss the sound. The Sleeping Baby CD is a very soothing rain sound.
Be sure to follow them on Twitter and "Like" their Facebook page so you can stay updated with Sleeping Baby Happy Parents.
One neighbor will receive their own Sleeping Baby Happy Parents CD.

My son loves to listen to Rock and Roll on his Dad's phone.
Turn the radio on low volume.
My son falls asleep when I vacumm. Or car rides
movement.
We played soft music to get them to sleep and to lull them back to sleep if they woke up during the night.
