This is a stupendous gift for little girls! I was able to review the My Ribbon Barrette Maker from MYFBM.com , and it is really fun to create barrettes with. Both my younger daughters took turns designing barrettes. With the kit you receive several different ribbons, along with beads, the barrettes and your barrette maker.

Here is your work station.
The tray stores your supplies underneath.
See how nicely you can arrange the tray.
You attach the barrette to the holder.
Follow directions to start your ribbons.
Slowly weave the ribbon in the barrette.
Be sure to keep your ribbon tight. This one was a little too loose.
You can tell that this one is being kept tighter.
Once you are finished you remove the barrette.
Attach your beads.
Here is a finished product.
These are really nice! Create Friendship Co. also has a My Friendship Bracelet Maker and a Friendship Bracelet Clipboard. The kits are really handy because the looms you work on holds the ribbons tight and keeps you organized. Once you have completed the ribbons, you just add your beads and you are ready to go! They look really pretty!

It’s simple yet brilliant. While babysitting his granddaughters, they asked David to make friendship bracelets
with them. This is a trend that’s had a recent surge in popularity as
moms teach their kids this age old tradition with a bit of nostalgia.
Friendship Bracelets are seen all over TV, and Tweens everywhere are
making them. The process of making them involves securing a knot
