Grand Gift Guide At the Fence Post # 45

Hey Neighbors!

Have I got a great gift idea for you! AC Bouquet has all sorts of Candy Bouquets!   A Bouquet ... of Candy (or chocolate, gum, etc.)!

Here is a little info from their site... "So why should you buy a candy bouquet gift basket instead of flowers?
Candy bouquets are a gift to be remembered! They are lovely (like flowers), they smell good (more like chocolate than flowers), and they taste great (unlike flowers)! Give your loved ones one of our completely original candy bouquets. They are wonderful as corporate gifts, Father's Day Gifts, Thank you gifts, Mother's Day Gifts, and any occasion you can think of. You'll also find that each year we create several completely unique arrangements especially for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other seasonal events!  Not only do our candy bouquets and gift baskets look and taste amazing, but at AC Bouquet you get candy bouquets filled with Lots and lots of CANDY!!! Plus the men love our candy baskets and edible gifts just as much as women!  AC Bouquet is a small, family owned and operated business. Danny and Jessi Olson purchased AC Bouquet in 2010 and are committed to satisfying our customers. We specialize in candy bouquets and are more than happy to customize one that will be perfect for the recipient of your fabulous gift. We offer a wide variety of candy bouquets and strive for only the highest quality."

Sounds great!  AC Bouquet sent me one of their Green and Red Gourmet Chocolate Christmas  Candy Bouquets!  This is one neat gift basket!  I was thinking about saving it for when some friends are here that are coming to visit us soon, but as soon as it came in my Dad snatched one of the chocolates.  Okay, I probably would have taken a couple out and eaten them anyway. :D

"Warm up on a chilly winter night with our Christmas Sleigh Candy Bouquet! Each winter sleigh candy bouquet is filled with delicious flavored gourmet hot cocoas, cinnamon hard candies, gourmet chocolates, and chocolate bon bons!"

In this Bouquet everything is on little "stems" and the candies are little "flowers".  This came with three Land O Lakes Cocoa Classics (two Chocolate Supreme and one Caramel and Chocolate), some Ghiradelli Chocolates (which my Dad loves!), four "stems" with Cinnamon candy "flowers" attached to it.  Then there are little bon bons on "stems".  Really cute!  Here are some more pictures of my Gift Bouquet.

This is one of the chocolates.

These are the cinnamon hard candies.  So cute!

Also, once you eat the candy out you can use the sled!  My little sister keeps begging me to give her mine so she can use it for her dolls!  This Gift Bouquet would be a great gift for anyone!  You know that person that seems to have everything.  Make sure you go check out AC Bouquet.  Also go Like them on Facebook and follow them on Twitter.  They have contests sometimes so be sure to keep on eye on the page.  Once they hit 100 likes they will be doing a giveaway for a free bouquet!

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
