Hey Neighbors!
To me October is the beginning of fall! And with the cooler weather, what better time could there be to start taking care of your health, through exercise and good nutrition. As you all know I have started walking on a treadmill 3 times a week, but with this beautiful fall weather we are having walking around the neighborhood is looking better and better! And GNC has just the type of products I can use on walks. They have ankle weights, wrist weights, and even walking shoes! I never realized the extent of what they carried. I always considered them just a vitamin/health store, but they are so much more. They even carry larger exercise equipment like home gyms. I am not ready for one of those yet though! I think I will just concentrate on my walking and simple weight lifting.
With fall I have also decided that I need to be taking a vitamin supplement. Between the new diet and adding exercise it sure won't hurt to be taking some vitamins and supplements. Of course there are always the fall flus and colds that start going around, so I want to keep my immune system up too. With 8 people in our family I definitely do not want to be the one to bring it into the family. We have had colds and flus that go through our family more than once. You think you are over it, and sure enough you catch it again. Well, GNC has all the vitamins and supplements my family could ever require this season. They even carry the herbal items like Echinacea and Goldenseal that are just a couple of my favorites! You should really visit the GNC site to see all that they have available.
Maybe you could take up my fall challenge with me and start exercising! Like I said October and fall just seem to fit in with taking a brisk walk and feeling healthy!
