Wett Giggles Review and Giveaway

Hey neighbors,

I wanted to get a couple of posts up today, since my life has slowed down for 2 days. The newest Gift Basket Bonanza item I would like to share is Wett Giggles. They are so cute. My daughter loves hers. Wett Giggles is an all natural soap molded around an animal nail brush. We received Beatrice. She is blackberry scented. You have got to see her face. The other Wett Giggles available are just as cute. There is Robin a lemon scent bear, Cato a watermelon scent hippo, Hamlet a watermelon scent frog, Romeo an orange scent sad puppy, Horatio watermelon scent frog, Ophelia a lemon scent duck, Cupid a coconut Banana scent dog, and Juliette an orange scent duck. My daughter has used her soap several times and still is not down to the nail brush. I thought about allowing it to soak overnight so we would be able to take pictures of the nail brush by itself, but my daughter is enjoying the soap too much. The soap is 1005 natural glycerine soap with essential oils and shea butter. And to top it all off, all soaps are handmade one at a time!

About Wett Giggles:

"This product was inspired by my six year old son’s dirty little finger nails. I’m into good hygiene and giving my son a fun tool to help with that was my goal. The Soap and toy concept has been done before but I wanted to re- create that concept. So my thinking was to add a nail brush to the soap thus giving a new look to an old idea. All of the Wett Giggles animals have Shakespearian theme names. Why? I loved reading Shakespeare during my school years. There are nine Wett Giggles in total. All but two come with the manicure nail brush. The two without are geared for the 2-3 year olds. I named the product Wett Giggles because of the wet smiles children often get when washing their hands. Enjoy the product and thank you for visiting the site.

Karen St. Clair"

Wett Giggles also carries three planet soaps without the nail brush. According to their website you can purchase each animal as a soap with a nail brush, just the soap, or just the toy. It's your choice. The soap with the nail brush runs $10. You can order Wett Giggles right on their website. Stop by and check them out.

From Wett Giggles:

Get 2 Wett Giggles soap for the price of one...It's 2 soaps w/ nail brush @ $5.00 ea...bringing total cost to $10.00
Discount code is 2010 EP (case sensitive)

Gift Basket idea:Put in a Wett Giggles or two along with a child's soap and shampoo. Maybe add a scrubbie (preferably a cute animal one). You could even put in a nice hoodie towel with a wash cloth.

The winner of this giveaway will receive one Wett Giggles of their choice.

Mandatory Entry:Visit the Wett Giggles website and then in a comment tell me which Wett Giggles is your favorite. You do not have to be a blogger, but you must leave a valid email where you can be reached should you win. This giveaway will end 12/6 at 11:59 pm CST. Thank you so much for doing an honest review of this. I’m always skeptical of reviews when the product was given to the reviewer. I’ve been wondering about these products, but I just can’t bring myself to spend the money on them. Looks like I’ll pass on this one.

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
