Here is an item that would work great in a Gift Basket! I received a Bible Purse from Leatherology. This could easily be placed in a gift basket with some hi-lighters or Bible marking pens, maybe a book mark or two, and even a journal for taking notes. The Bible purse came in a beautiful brown box with a tie around it. When you open the box the first thing that greets you is the smell of leather. Now, I have to tell you, I love that smell! I ahve been opening the box just to smell the leather. The Bible purse comes in a white drawstring bag. It is a gorgeous, shiny reddish brown. The front has a small zippered pocket and on the back is another pocket (no zipper). There are two zippers to open the purse. Inside on one flap is a small pocket where you could place pens or pencils. On the other flap are 4 smaller pockets where you could place business size cards. They do carry other Bible Covers.

What would also be neat would be a leather carrying-case for flash-cards. I like to make flashcards for bible verses, but don't have any way to carry them with me, other than a sandwich bag. :-D
