Review and Giveaway with Revolution Tea Company.

I recently had the privilege of reviewing some tea from Revolution Tea/Premium Tea Company. With the weather starting to cool off and Fall showing it's face, hot tea is a welcome addition to any day. So, if you are looking for a company to purchase tea from, you just might want to check out Revolution Tea.

I was shipped several boxes of this tea. And yes, some of them are for giveaway:) But, not to get ahead of myself. When the package arrived, I first noticed the boxes. Aren't they nice? And packaged well too. I received easy to use sampler boxes that have several tea bags where I can try different flavors. Now, I only tried two of them so far. But there are so many flavors available in these boxes. Look at some of the flavors: Golden Chamomile Herbal Tea, Organic Green Tea, White Pomegranate Tea, etc. Lots of choices!!

I personally tried the the Southern Mint Herbal Tea and the Honeybush Caramel Tea. The mint herbal tea sounded like something I would enjoy:)  And it really tasted pretty good. I added sugar and let it cool some but the flavor was nice and minty. Then I wanted to try one that was really different and one that I probably wouldn't normally drink. Well, okay, I would have never thought of this one! So I went with the Honeybush Caramel Tea. This was definitely different. The scent was kind of unique and I wasn't sure what to expect when I tasted it. And it really wasn't as unusual as I thought. I did add sugar, yes a southerner here, and let it cool a little before tasting. It wasn't my favorite of the two, but not bad at all.  I am going to be trying the rest of these flavors out.  Especially as the weather continues to cool off!

Here is some information about the Revolution Tea Company from their website.
"Revolution takes great pride in offering the highest quality whole leaf teas on the market. We have spent years experimenting with teas from all over the world to develop the finest flavor combinations, which are truly designed for the American palate. In addition, we are proud of our product and want you to see what you are tasting. This is why we offer several of our teas in the unique see through Infuser Tea Bag™, a unique point of differentiation that enables us to retain the freshness and flavor of the product by using full leaf tea versus the fannings or dust that most other tea companies use."

As you can tell, this is a company that goes above and beyond in their business. I also like that you can purchase them in stores and not just online.

Anyway, if you are interested in purchasing the tea for yourself, please take a look at their website. You can either purchase online or find a store near you that carries the Revolution products. But, if you can wait long enough, and you are the one picked by Random.org, you won't even have to purchase some of this tea..

The winner of this giveaway will win 2 Sampler Boxes of Revolution Tea. (I will list the boxes tomorrow)

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
