I have, of course, used King Arthur Flour before, but had never tried any of their baking mixes. So, I was thrilled when they offered to send me their Apple Cinnamon Monkey Bread kit to review! This kit includes the main ingredients to make a delicious monkey bread...all I needed was a little bit of corn syrup and walnuts (walnuts were optional, but a necessity for our family!)
As I opened the package to begin preparation, I was greeted with a luscious apple-cinnamon scent-it just said "fall"! The instructions were very detailed and easy-to-follow. The only thing I noticed is that the first step is to grease the pan...but you don't use the pan until after the dough sits for about 2 hours! I would imagine it is better to not grease the pan until you're ready to use it, but...
Anyways, we did have a lot of fun making this monkey bread. I think the pictures will speak better than my words, so here you go:

King Arthur Flour has organic and gluten free products as well. And their bakeware and gadgets, I would love some! You really need to visit their site and just spend sometime browsing. It is the time of year that people start baking more. I know as it cools off outside, we start baking a whole lot more! While you are there check out their recipe page.
