Level 8 Cases Apple Mac and iPad Cases Review and Giveaway!

CLOSED
Hi neighbors!

It looks like it is going to be hot today, so I thought I would catch you At the Fence before it got too hot. I just wanted to tell you a little bit about Level 8 and the cases they make. They are made exclusively for Apple products, and can only be purchased in an Apple Store, or at Apple.com. They have backpacks, cases and sleeves. I recently received an iPad (which I love!), and I wanted to find a really good case for it. I didn't want something so large that it was sliding around in it. I also wanted it to be padded so it would protect the iPad. The other requirement was that the strap was long enough to carry over the shoulder. Level 8 met all my requirements! I received the Protective iPad Sleeve.

Here is the Level 8 description:

Protective iPad Sleeve

My iPad fits in the case like a hand in a glove. The Three Dimensional EVA Foam protects my iPad anywhere I go. One of things I like best is it has the shoulder strap, but it also has the comfortable carrying handles. Now, I very seldom use the carrying handles to carry my iPad, but when I have it over my shoulder, I wrap my hand around the handles. Sort of a security thing with me. I definitely don't want my iPad disappearing, so out in public I keep my hand on the handles. I also like having the small outside pocket for carrying small items with me. My only problem? Keeping my children from borrowing it! (With the iPad of course!) I love the size and convenience of my Level 8 case.

The 8 points of Level 8:

"THE 8 POINTS OF PRECISE PROTECTION:

1. INSPIRATION:Conceived for the Apple consumer and engineered to complement the beauty of Apple.

2. EXCLUSIVITY:Available only at Apple stores and Apple.com

3. PROTECTION:Precise, protection system secures the device from all sides while maintaining a sleek design.

4. BEAUTY:Refined, contemporary lines complement the elegance of Apple technology.

5.ORGANIZATION:Intelligently placed pockets with intuitive ergonomics.

6. DURABILITY:Premium materials and intricate manufacturing process yield cases with outstanding resilience.

7. VALUE:Flawless integration of protection, beauty, organization and durability combined with an affordable price results in an exceptional value.

8:WARRANTY:Limited lifetime warranty ensures worry free usage throughout the lifetime of the case.

As a side note, my daughter (23) has an Apple and she also has a Level 8 Backpack for Mac Book Pro and loves it!

Level 8 is a company to share with my neighbors! Level 8 is offering the winner of this giveaway their choice of cases. Any one you like!

I would choose the Protective iPad Sleeve. I would either keep it for myself if I decide to finally get in iPad this month, or give it to my mom who absoultely loves her iPad and would make good use of a high quality iPad sleeve.

Most important to me of course is durability. Another feature I like in their cases is that they are checkpoint friendly, I can't stand traveling with a case that is not well made and durable enough to go through the checkpoints and scanners ok.

I love the ipad sleeve. My ipad has no protection now and I am nervous it will get bumped or scratched. I am looking for a job and like that the sleeve has a removable shoulder strap so I can bring it with me when I start working. Also, I like that it is not leather but rather neoprene so it is more durable and easier to clean.

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
