Corel Paint It Review and Giveaway!

CLOSED Hi Neighbors, Had a beautiful day today and thought I would take a minute here At the Fence to share another product. Corel Paint it! I received the Corel Paint it! program and was really impressed. You can take any of your photos and turn them into artwork or paintings. I loved seeing pictures of my family as a pencil drawing, pastel, or oil painting. These are just a few of the choices you have to choose from. Just pick your photo, choose what style you would like and then watch Corel create it right before your eyes. My daughter thought this was one of the best parts, watching the picture change. And you can save the picture and use it for other projects, maybe a calendar, framed photo for your wall or put it on a mug or t-shirt. The options are endless. You can also add your own effects with the different brushes and pattern pens. This program would be really great if you have a creative teen. My 13 year old played on it for hours, changing pictu

Lawry's Marinades "Get Grilling Kit" Review and Giveaway

CLOSED Hey Neighbors, Still pretty pleasant out At the Fence today. Blogspark and Lawry's are working together and have sent me a really nice set to try the new Lawry's Marinades. I have to tell you first, I did not use my grill with the marinades, but wait till you see the finished product. My daughter had some pre-cooked chicken strips, so we marinated those in the new Lawry's Marinades that I received. One is Tuscan SunDried Tomato and the other Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ. Also included in the kit was Lawry's Seasoned Salt, a pack of Skewers (for Kabobs) and a Pyrex Marinating Dish with cover. We did chicken in the oven. 1 pan with Seasoned Salt, 1 pan with Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato, and 1 pan of Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ. We put the chicken in to marinate about 45 minutes before cooking. I used one skewer so I would have a picture. My family thought they were great! No left overs this time. The Szechuan Sweet and Sour BBQ had a chinese f

Plow and Hearth 3 in 1 Dessert Set Review and Giveaway

CLOSED Hi Neighbors, I have got to share an evening of fun we had along with this new item. Plow and Hearth sent me their 3 in 1 Dessert Set and we were able to share it with our friends when we visited with them last weekend. We spent the evening just visiting and talking and then pulled out the 3 in 1 Dessert Set to make S'mores indoors. It was really quite enjoyable! The set comes with a lazy susan, 4 ramekins, 4 long forks, a mini grill, tea light, burner, ceramic fondue insert, and a microwavable caramel apple insert. This really neat set can be used for s'mores, dipping apples in caramel, dipping fruit in chocolate, for ice cream and toppings, etc. The whole kit is easy to set up and easy to use. We put our little grill together on the lazy susan, filled the ramekins with graham crackers, Hershey chocolate bars, and marshmallows. We lit the little can of sterno and gave the children the forks and away they went. The marshmallows cooked up great and everyo

Rubbermaid Reveal Spray Mop Review and Giveaway

CLOSED Hey neighbors, Here is another really great product for you to look into. Rubbermaid sent me their new Reveal Mop. I love it. It has a spray bottle attached that you can put your own floor cleaners in or later in the post I will list some recipes they have for cleaning solutions. Just think, no more dragging out a bucket when you mop. No more messy drips as you go back and forth from the bucket. This mop is so simple and easy to use. Just grab your mop, fill and attach the spray bottle, and get to work on your dirty floor. Use the trigger to control how much cleaning solution you need. Just a little for small clean-ups, a little more for larger ones. My mop was shipped in 2 pieces and need to be put together (very easy), but the ones you purchase either online or at your local store will be one piece. You can find the Reveal Mop at Home Depot and in August at Target or Wal-mart. The head of the mop is made of microfibers. You can use the same head for
