KINDERGLO REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY

Hey Neighbors,

Kinderglo sent me some of their nightlights to do a review and giveaway with. My younger daughters were so excited. Both of them prefer a small light on at night, so this sounded great. Guess what: it is! These nightlights are so unique. Presently they have three characters, an Owl, a Tyrannosaurus, and a Brontosaurus. These nightlights each come with a charging base and an ac cord. So easy to use. You charge them during the day and use them at night, or nap-time. They are cool to the touch, so your child can carry them around and play with them. Not only do they light up, but they also change colors. You may choose the setting you prefer to continually change colors or to choose one color for the whole night. The discussions before bed as to which color to choose became quite amusing. You can also set the nightlight to turn off after 30 minutes. So many choices! We had a guest visiting and she kept trying to get me to let her take one home!

And you will also get a choice if you win this giveaway! I have 3 Kinder Glo to giveaway. I will draw 3 winners. 1st drawn gets choice of the 3, either Owl, Tyrannosaurus, or Brontosaurus. 2nd person drawn gets to choose between the 2 left over and the 3rd name drawn gets the one left. Honestly these nightlights are something I enjoy sharing at the fence.

"Never hot to touch, KinderGlo LED night lights bathe a room in soft light, easing even the most fretful kids into a good night’s sleep and guarding them through the dark.
Our small soothing pals are perfect to be built into the daily bedtime routine and provide extra comfort for your children, who can safely keep their little friends in their bed all night.
  • Fun characters made of soft and durable, non toxic, safety approved material.
  • Decorative charger will power your nightlight for another 8-10 hrs of fun.
  • Change color settings and choose between fade off in 30 minutes and stay on all night with easy clicks on a single button.
  • Our comforting fun characters are

  • Rechargeable
  • BPA and lead free
  • Packaged hassle free and with 100% recyclable materials.
I am having a small problem with people doing the Mandatory Entry and other 1 time entries more than once. I will remove ALL entries of anyone who can not follow the entry rules. If stated I do allow daily Tweets, or other specified entries, but you can not keep coming back and doing all the entries over and over.

MANDATORY ENTRY: Visit BLUE MOON LITES (Kinder-Glo) and then come here and leave me a comment regarding which nightlight you would choose if you win. (This may only be done once) This must be done if you wish to enter this giveaway. After completing this you may enter through the other available options. This giveaway will end 2/5 at 11:59 pm CST. I will use Random.org to choose the winners, who will be notified by email. You will have 48 hours to respond with your shipping information or another winner will be chosen.

Extra Entries

1. Leave a comment on Kinder-Glo's blog. (1 entry)

2. Tweet about this giveaway. Leave a comment to let me know you have Tweeted. This may be done ONCE a day. Leave a comment each day that you Tweet, with a link.

Luna (the owl) looks great - we're having such issues with my 4 y.o. & her fear of the dark - right now we have an ikea light on most of the night & I don't feel that safe with it on. Whether we win or not, this looks like a great product & I'll likely buy one! !!
thanks :)

Baby First TV 'I Can Sign" First Words

Hey Neighbors! Here is a really neat gift idea for someone with a young child.  Here we have I Can Sign (First Words) from Baby First  TV.  Now, I am just going to share right here that we have friends who have taught two of their children to sign at a very young age.  And it works!  Their children could sign before they could talk. The Dvd will teach your child many useful words that will be used in day to day life.  Words like: eat, water, milk, cookie, ear, feet hands, kiss, sleep, book, mother, father, and many other words.  Each word is taught in a short video clip where they will see pictures of the word/item and people signing.  There is also a little character at the bottom corner of the video signing along.  The Dvd can be done on English or Spanish.  Also included on the Dvd are printable coloring pages that you can print off by inserting the Dvd into your computer.  Inside the cover of the Dvd case is a little booklet that covers some of the words you and your child

What To Do About Those Fuzzy Uninvited Guests In The Home

When we talk about pests in the home, the most common that we tend to deal with are the creepy-crawlies that find their way in. Ants, termites, and spiders, for instance. Occasionally though, you have a real chance of getting a much bigger, fuzzier unwanted guest in the home. What do you do about the fact your home is at risk of becoming a wildlife sanctuary for some truly unhealthy and even dangerous beasts? Picture by Alexas_Fotos Know the signs It doesn’t matter if you’re in a suburban home, a country cottage, or a fourth-floor apartment. Some animals can find their way just about anywhere. It’s worth knowing the signs of pest infestation so you can confirm it and act on it immediately. Spotting droppings, keeping an ear out for scratching, and looking for signs of nesting like shredded paper, scrunched leaves, and grass clippings around the home without explanation can help you start fighting back.  Hey neighbors, its with a heavy heart I let you all know that my mom (Lori) unexpectedly passed away the end of June. Our family has been taking the time between now and then to be together and remember what a light mom was. I came on towards the end of last year and was planning on fully moving my interviews and review to this website. I intend to to so partially to keep mommas beautiful website going. Thank you all so much for your love and support over the years. ~Mercy
