My 11 year old daughter LOVES this one! You should have heard her when she saw the book from eeBoo! It is called Learn to Draw Animals (in a Realistic Style) ($5.95). She loves to draw and doodle. If she is not drawing she is reading or writing. This book is perfect for her because it not only shows how to draw animals, but it explains some different things. Like how the skeleton of the animal gives the animal shape. Why you use delicate lines, thick lines, or even furry looking lines. The difference light and shade make in your drawing. It also deals with proportion. This book is recommended for ages 7+.
The book covers drawing fish, turtles, frogs, birds (both flying and at rest), cats, dogs, farm animals (including horses, one of my daughters favorites), lions, tigers, monkeys and elephants. Each section shows the animals in different positions and sizes.
eeBoo has a few other drawing books available. They also carry many other games, puzzles, books and crafts. If you are looking for some summer fun for your children be sure to visit the eeBoo website. I know several little girls who would love playing with the paper dolls eeBoo has available. The Make Me a Story sets look like quite a bit of fun too!

beautiful and well-made educational games and gifts. Our products are

children’s book illustrators. Everything we make is meant for wholesome
individual or family play. Many of our games and activities are based on
old-fashioned formats which eeBoo re-invents with cheerful artwork and
contemporary design.
Literacy, story telling, drawing, imaginative play and basic math are
among the skills that eeBoo products encourage. A good share of the
eeBoo line has been awarded Oppenheim Best Toy Awards and other honors.
We are proud of the quality of our products and the care and thought
that we put into everything we do. We spare no expense in the materials
we use, the art we commission, or the time we put into every project.
Our toys are durable and beautiful to look at.
Our strongest customers are people who appreciate quality and are
looking for unique children’s items that cannot be found everywhere. We
love hearing that children enjoy our games and activities. And we hope,
most of all, that eeBoo products inspire parents to get down on the
floor to play with their children.
Now, eeBoo has graciously agreed to send the winner of this giveaway the Learn to Draw Animals book.
