Simple Green Pet Products Review and Giveaway

Hi neighbors,

It is such a beautiful morning out here At the Fence. I have another Simple Green product to share with you. They have a Pet Stain and Odor Remover, one for dogs and one for cats. I received the one for dogs. The product is non-toxic and biodegradable. It helps prevent re-soiling and is people, pet and surface safe. Safe enough that my 9 year old can use it. Yes, she washes her hands immediately.

I haven't quite figured out why, but she loves to be in my pictures for reviews. (Perhaps she is a bit of a ham) Anyway, back to the product. We have two dogs. Roxy (a Morkie) who you met in a previous post...

and Shadow (a Schipperke)...

Roxy uses a pad most of the time when inside. Shadow on the other hand has a few more accidents. Since most of the floors in here are tile, it makes for easier clean-up. The bedrooms are different though, the bedrooms are carpeted. So, they are not supposed to be in the bedrooms unless they are supervised. Occasionally though someone, no one ever knows who, leaves the door open, and in they go. That would be when we have to pull out the Simple Green. The Simple Green Pet Stain and Odor Remover works great. Remove any soiling you can, and blot up excess liquid. Shake the container gently, and spray on the soiled area. For carpeting be sure to saturate, on wood or tile flooring just a light spray will do. Scrub gently with a brush or cloth and allow the product to dry. Repeat if necessary. Older stains, or heavy soiling may of course require extra treatments. As with any product read directions and only use as directed.

From Simple Green:

"Its supreme formulation outperforms other leading brands and Fresh Bond Technology eliminates odors permanently - no resoiling or remarking. It’s perfect for use on those places where stinky pet odors build up and on the “accidents” they have. It can be used as a spot treatment (spray directly on soiled/stained spot) and then used in extraction machines (pour directly into reservoir) for cleaning larger carpeted areas. Simple Green Pet Stain & Odor Remover has a wonderful scent that will leave your home smelling clean and fresh, and best of all… it will help you love your dog again, while your home maintains its fresh, clean appearance! Available now at PetSmart and Petco !"

Where to use:

"Carpets, rugs, upholstery*, pet bedding, litter boxes, crates & carriers, tile, finished wood, laminates, concrete, clothing*, curtains & drapes*, auto carpet & upholstery*, sleeping bags, anywhere pet soils and stains occur!

(*Just don’t use on silk, velvet, leather, or suede.) "

The product works on urine, vomit, feces, scent-marking, mud, dirt, and both new and old spots and stains. Speaking of vomit, Roxy loves gum, and my children have learned that if they leave it laying around she WILL find it. The other evening she vomited and when I cleaned it up I could smell mint. Sure enough she had gotten in to my older daughters purse and devoured the whole pack. Happy to say that there were no side effects and we are keeping a closer eye on the gum thief. Pull out the Simple Green again!

You can also use this product to clean crates. When we travel, our dogs sometimes are in crates. It is much safer because Shadow has a tendency to run if she gets out in a strange area. Simple Green can also be used to clean crates. It certainly cuts down on odors from the crates. Our dogs also like to sleep in the crate with the door open.

Simple Green Pet Stain and Odor Remover is a great product to have around if you have Cats or Dogs. There are two different products one for dogs and the other for cats, because of the odor difference. So make sure you use the right one for your pet.

Remember Simple Green carries many other products also, so make sure you check out their site.

okay, here is my mandatory link lol.

I learned all these cleaners are biodegradeable and natural. Don't have to worry about the chemicals around your pets or children. They are natural.

My cat who is 7 has a stuffed bug toy that she has had since birth. As old as it is she still carries it around in her mouth and talks to it.It has been lost twice (in the house) once for 15 months and once for 6 months and then it suddenly reappears.
